Position: Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Package: £16-18k, dependent on experience, plus commission & company car

Location: Newport

Due to growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join an innovative, dynamic and well-established brand on a permanent basis in Newport.

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a small but fast paced sales team and you will be responsible for:

• Arranging property viewings
• Negotiating sales
• Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
• Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained

As Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

• Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving license
• Experience working as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator essential

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30, alternate Saturday 10:00 – 16:00 with day off in lieu.

Salary: £16-18k dependent on experience, plus commission, first year OTE £20-25k, plus company car.
